How to Use Green Magma

Green Magma is available in two forms: tablet and powder. The serving size is six tablets taken with cool liquids or 6mg (approximately two teaspoons) of the powder stirred into an 8-ounce glass of water or juice until fully dissolved.

We recommend taking Green Magma on an empty stomach — either 20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal — and avoiding hot liquids, which could neutralize the supplement’s active enzymes.
