What is the handling time for order fulfillment?
Our handling time is 2 business days or less. The shipping time estimates found on the Shipping Policy page do not include this handling time.
What is the return policy?
Please review our full Return Policy for details. In general, we will accept return requests for all unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of customer receipt. Vitamin Grocer assumes responsibility for all wrong items or items damaged in transit.
Which carrier will delivery my order?
All orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail ("DHL eCommerce"). DHL transports the package to the destination country and then contracts with a local carrier to make the final delivery to the customer.
