Water/Aqua/Eau, Styrene/Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Aminomethyl Propanol, Disodium EDTA, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol.
May Contain: Black 2 (CI 77266)[nano], Blue 1 Lake (CI 42090).

Instructions: Apply to upper and lower lash line. Use alone as a liquid liner, kohl liner or both together for a smoldering look. The kohl kajal liner is formulated to be used on the waterline if desired. Good for 6 months once opened.
