How to Use Green Foods Beet Essence

Green Foods Beet Essence is most effective when taken on an empty stomach, preferably either 20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. Simply stir a single serving (5 grams, or about two teaspoons) of the powder into 6-8 ounces of your favorite cold liquid. Dissolve two teaspoons (5 g) into an 8 oz glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal).
