Instructions

Shake well before each use. Add 1 oz (1 capful or 2 tablespoons) of pHion Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet premix concentrate to 8 oz of water. We suggest mixing with pHion Booster for maximum benefits. You may use more or less water than suggested to accommodate your taste preference. Drink 4 times each day for 7-8 days. Also, enjoy light Alkaline forming meals, consisting of only vegetables and fruits, throughout the day and combine with a sound exercise regimen. You will also want to refrigerate after you open the bottle.

Helpful Hints From pHion Balance

For best results, we recommend a full 7-8 day cleanse. Once the cleanse is complete, we recommend remaining on an alkaline forming diet and exercise regimen.

It is best to stay away from nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, drugs and pollutants or unwanted toxins.

pHion Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet contains a gentle natural laxative but if you are one to become easily constipated, we suggest adding to your master cleanse a daily cup of green tea and a 7 day regimen of pHion's Colon Cleanse.

As with any master cleanse program, optimal results are obtained when used in conjunction with exercise and a reduced calorie diet.
